Pamela Easterday
Pam has been guiding individuals and groups in meditation since 2009, bringing a depth of experience and compassion to her teaching. She completed her 200-hour yoga training at Laughing River Yoga and advanced her studies with a 300-hour certification from the Hathavidya School of Yoga. Her personal practice began in 2000 and continues to be the foundation of her work today.
Pam is dedicated to creating a welcoming space where people can be inspired to explore their own living journeys and well-being through the work of yoga, meditation, and community connection. Pam is dedicated to the work of social benefit and progress we all work very hard on together. She has a passion for healthy and happy social systems where we can sustain healthy interactions with effort and interest. Along with teaching, Pam offers individual sessions that include deeply grounded and personal interactions using meditation, yoga and energy work that encourages deep healing, expanded awareness and improves the state of energetic flow in life, emotions and thoughts.
Nicole Lopresti
Nicole currently resides in Northern Vermont where she has spent the last 9 years. She has been offering in-home Yoga classes in her community and has worked on small, organic farms in the area, including making the infamous sauerkraut and kimchi at Flack Family Farm. She offers In-Person and Remote Sessions at the Biofield Tuning Headquarters in Colchester, VT.
Previously, she lived in Southern Vermont to train at NECCA (the circus school), studied Yoga in Bali, explored Colorado and Oregon in her Mazda, lived in Utah and danced for the Utah Grizzlies Ice Hockey Team, studied Psychology at Rivier University and Barnes and Noble Bookstore, spent many days in coffee shops giving her contemplative thoughts to a journal, and otherwise grew up in Southern NH always curious about human behavior and daydreaming of being a professional Dancer or Acrobat.
When she grows up, she wants to be witty and wise, so she can share her humor and wisdom with the global community.
Jessica Frost
Jessica has been teaching yoga since 2008 and practicing for much longer. She is a RYT-200 teacher with specialized training in children’s yoga, trauma sensitive yoga, yoga for back issues and chronic pain, chair yoga, yoga nidra and meditation. She believes that yoga is for everybody and every body and there is a place for all abilities in her classes. Jessica knows that yoga has helped her in every aspect of her life and truly enjoys sharing the practice with others.
